The Story Behind Rick's Struggle against CPSIA

Some of us are such newbies in the fight against CPSIA -- I've only known about it since January 8, 2009 (and been fighting it almost every day since!) But Rick Woldenberg, of Learning Resources, Inc. has been fighting it for much longer. He was one of the first to see the dangers of the law, and has been trying to get Congress to listen to reason for a long time now. This article does a great job chronicling that struggle. Since Congress kept uninviting him, Rick was one of those to put together the Amend CPSIA Rally in D.C. this week.
